Oneka partners with clients globally in the areas of Talent Development, OD, Learning, Diversity and Change, including designing and standing up Change Management CMO’s. Oneka graduated summa cum laude from Point University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, and currently resides with her family in the Atlanta metro area.
