This tool is designed to help you estimate the number of change management resources required to successfully deliver change in your organisation. Use the Change Calculator to help in the planning and budgeting of resources for any change initiative!

What’s involved?

The Change Resource Calculator is divided into two sections. The first section has 3 simple questions about your organisation, whilst the second section consists of 10 questions to understand the complexity of your change initiative. It will take you no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

What will I learn?

You will be provided with results that estimate the number of change management resources required broken down by seniority. You will also be provided with recommendations for specialist resources that may be required to supplement your Change Management team. All of which you can use as a guide to make sure your change initiative has the resources it needs.

How should I use the results?

Every Change Management initiative is different and we recommended that you combine the results from this tool with your own internal analysis of the organisation and the requirements of the change initiative to provide your final resourcing calculation.
