Lucy Marti
Independent Change Management Consultant, currently Behaviour & Change Engagement Lead at Shell
Lucy has worked in change management for over 18 years. She spent seven years at Accenture before becoming an independent consultant in 2011. In that time, she has consulted for over 25 clients in the UK and internationally, across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, and media. Lucy’s experience encompasses organisational, process, and systems change, but her primary focus is on behavioural and culture change.
In addition to consultancy work, Lucy spent nine years as a visiting lecturer in change management and consultancy at the University of Southampton Business School, and currently sits on the advisory board of Maiden Erlegh Education Trust. She holds a MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, and is a certified member of GAABS (Global Association for Applied Behavioural Scientists).
