Here are three reasons why…
We minimise the need to control, be right, look good and fit in. Setbacks and mistakes are not met with shame but celebrated as opportunities for everyone to learn.
Great working relationships.
We bring all of who we are to work, not just the narrow “professional” version of ourselves.
Freedom to be yourself at work. Inclusive culture.
Success is the progressive, day to day, realisation of pre-planned and personal goals. Not a destination.
Enjoy your work. Celebrate along the way. Achieve your own goals.
We are free to work in whichever way suits us best and responsible for achieving our goals.
Complete flexibility - Work in a flexible way that best meets your personal circumstances.
We do whatever it takes and have no regrets.. No should have, would have, could have.
Lots of teamwork and collaboration.
We always ask ourselves the question “What’s in it for them?” instead of “What’s in it for us?”.
Build sustainable relationships. Conscious Capitalism.
We are constantly learning, developing and evolving.
Valuable professional development.
We are focused on developing people rather than output alone. A coach inspires individuals and does not position themselves as superior, but as a facilitator of success.
A people first culture.
We are adventurers at heart. We are prepared to take risk in exchange for high rewards without fear of mistakes.
Exciting and challenging roles
We respond rapidly to changes in the internal and external environment without losing momentum or vision.
Vast career progression opportunities within a very fast-growing start-up.
We think outside the box when making decisions and don’t just do what we and others have done before.
Innovation and ideas encouraged. Cognitive diversity.
We strive to eliminate process and financial waste whilst exceeding customer’s expectations.
Smart ways of working.
“Issoria is a people first company. Leadership focus on every individual achieving their own life goals, not just company objectives. I have been here for 2 years and can honestly say they have been the best of my working life.
Being part of a fast growing start up is exhilarating. The fast pace can be challenging at times but you know that your hard work is rewarded. ”
- Matthew Chalk
“The team at Issoria is really supportive. Everyone works to ensure that each individual can be the best that they can be.
As a mum, what I appreciate most is the flexibility that Issoria has provided. I can work from home and during hours that fit my family life. This has made a huge difference to my quality of life in general”
- Helena Maurer
The title of this job ad describes the need of our start-up perfectly. Issoria is a multi-award-winning management consultancy growing at an average rate of 100% year on year. We are currently building a tech product (on Microsoft tech stack). Already service many of the largest companies in the world. Run internally on Microsoft products. All of which means we need someone hands on now that can then build, grow, and coach our future technology domain.
This role will initially wear two hats, one internal and one external.
Internally, we run the “front office” of our business primarily on Microsoft (O365, D365 CRM, Sales, and Marketing, Power BI). Our ambition is to function as effectively and efficiently as possible. We are keen to make use of all that is available to us within Microsoft’s suite of Office & Dynamic 365 apps. In particular: process improvement, automation (RPA), and analytics, in addition to adopting new technologies that become available (OpenAI etc).
Externally, we are currently building a data analytics SaaS product for our core customers (FTSE100 & Fortune 500 sized companies). The product is being built and hosted on a Microsoft tech stack that includes Power BI, PowerApps (Model Driven & Portal), Dataverse, PowerPlatform, and Azure. This will from part of our overall value proposition and be embedded in one complete solution to customers. Change Data Analytics is step one in what will be a fast paced, iterative, continuous, and ongoing build of an Enterprise SaaS Product. Providing customers with AI / ML – Intelligence in the near to mid future is a key goal.
Due to the two sides of this role, initially a primary accountability will be to prioritise and balance the needs of both. Things move quickly at Issoria and so we expect these accountabilities to grow and adapt in line with the business.
To begin with:
Internal:
Own and drive Issoria’s technology strategy to support the rapid growth of the business.
Work with business end-users to elicit requirements and design, develop and implement specifications to maximise the benefit of MS Dynamics CRM, Marketing & Sales Modules, in addition to MS Power BI.
Act as the single point of contact for business end-users on all technology related queries, questions, and support needs, engaging 3rd party partners where necessary.
Act as the single point of contact for Issoria’s 3rd party technology providers and partners.
Coach business end-users to be able to self-serve 1st line support / minor technical issues. Educating our users will enable self-management which is preferred to larger outsourced support costs.
External:
Work closely with Issoria leadership to build ChangeAble™, our enterprise change analytics platform.
Support Issoria Process Analyst, Product Manager, and 3rd party development partners, in the design, development, deployment, and support of the platform. (You will be joining in Phase 1 of closed BETA testing by Issoria clients)
Strong MS D365 design, configuration, and support experience across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Modules.
Strong MS Power BI design, build, and deploy experience.
Experience of, or an interest in learning, the broader Microsoft tech stack including PowerApps (Model Driven & Portal), Dataverse, PowerPlatform, Azure, Office 365.
A keen interest in learning and progressing into Data Science, Behavioural Science, AI / Machine Learning.
An ability to coach business end users, to develop user capability, rather than “always give the answer”, combined with having the answer, or being able to find it, when necessary.
An interest in being part of a company like Issoria (see below!)
At Issoria, we're growing a company in a different way. So, we’re a little bit different:
Prior organizations were structured as pyramids for a simple reason: it is a natural consequence of the boss-subordinate relationship. In self-managed organizations, peer commitments replace the boss-subordinate relationship, and the pyramid disappears. Authority is distributed, and work is conducted by decentralized, self-managing teams or networks. (Reinventing Organizations by Frédéric Laloux)
The basics
Basic salary of up to £45k (depending on experience)
Rapid opportunities for career progression
Ongoing training & development
No managers, just coaches
Have a say in how we run the company
The extras
True flexible working, work wherever you like (hybrid of office and work from home)
Quarterly fun days out (last quarter we went to Lisbon!)
Weekly Pilates sessions
Help with achieving your life goals! (We mean it!)

At Issoria a core value of ours is “Be different. Don’t follow”. We’re big fans of open-source communities, decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs), distributed governance, and a future of work where all participants have a stake in the outcomes.

We’re changing the game for fixed term contractors in the areas of Org Change, Org Development, and Org Design.
We’re moving from a gig economy to a stakeholder economy. Fixed term contractors with Issoria gain (or retain) flexibility, and are empowered to choose where, when, and on what they work. This much is true of most FTC gigs though. The difference with Issoria is FTCs also benefit from:
Unparalleled learning and development opportunities – Don’t miss the opportunity to grow by not being a permanent employee.
A non-stop demand for your services across a global client base of FTSE100 and Fortune 500 firms (Life Sciences, FMCG, Food & Agri, Energy) – Stop worrying about where your next contract will come from and the need to “sell”.
Being part of a thriving global community of practice – FTC doesn’t have to be a lonely place. Be part of something bigger than just yourself. Celebrate success and enjoy the journey with others. Have a say in the direction of our global networked enterprise.
A departure from hierarchy and the pyramid staffing models that dominate traditional management consulting – Make an impact with the largest clients in the world, with no additional agenda.
At Issoria a core value of ours is “Be different. Don’t follow”. We’re big fans of open-source communities, decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs), distributed governance, and a future of work where all participants have a stake in the outcomes.
