With almost 30 years’ experience in Organisational Change, IT Service Delivery, and Coaching, Charlotte has dedicated her career to helping organisations lead their people through rapid and continuous change. She has a wide experience of working in Change Management and IT across industries. She is a Lean Change Management facilitator, Prosci certified Change Manager and an NLP Practitioner and Level 1 Meta Coach. She is an accredited trainer with IC Agile and is an active member of both the Agile and Change Management global communities.
